Great, fast and cheap service. I needed an engraving on a metal plate. Another place in Manhattan asked for 150 dollars, academy did the same thing for 40 dollars.

Went in there for a simple 2x4" engraving. The lady at the front desk was extremely rude and acted like it was some huge deal that I asked if they offered same day service. Got a whole speech on how busy they are and that no task they do is simple. I just walked out. There are other engraving options nearby that don't act like they're curing cancer..
