The work they did was incredible! I got a dog tag necklace for my husband, and they managed to make a truly memorable piece of jewelry that we will treasure for a lifetime. I had ordered a gift for christmas thru their website with engraving instructions, and I thought I was clear with what I wanted. I was so happy with the price I ended up ordering another for myself while waiting for the first to arrive. When the 1st came the engraving was not what I had imagined. I called and spoke with Jamie, who understood the confusion and not only sent the replacement with the second order, he also included an additional chain for my inconvenience. I just received both today and am THRILLED. Exactly what I had envisioned. I called the store back and spoke with Jamie again

Outstanding customer service for internet customers too! Most of the other reviews are for people going to the shop locally, but Sandy Stevens' amazing customer service and responsiveness extends to their internet customers. Prompt telephone replies for questions and not one, but two times, sending in to have changes made over the past year, which were done at no additional cost. These were changes I requested, not mistakes. And the quality of their products is excellent.
