I see most of the reviews are from corporate recruiters. Let me share my experience as a employee candidate and you will understand why they are having trouble finding someone. Yesterday, their recruiter reached my and introduced me a role, which I was totally not intended to apply at the beginning. The recruiter was nice and I found the role might be quite fit. He mentioned today his partner(most likely account manager) would reach me to discuss more. So today morning at 8:30am, the AM called me during my breakfast time, which is totally fine. StevenDouglas is one of a kind. I have been competing with them in the South Florida market for 7 years now in IT, A&F, and HR/TA.
