The front desk is terrible. I had an emergency and called the office in the morning. The woman who answered the call told me to go to the office at 2pm to see Dr Deb. When I got there, I was told by the front desk that I didnt have an appointment! I told them it was obviously someone made me error not logging my time slot in the system, otherwise how would you explain Im here, plus I have to take the time off my work! The woman with glasses at the front desk kept telling me that I didnt have an appointment because it was not in the system! How frustrating that was!! Eventually someone

I have an 8:45 am appointment confirmation text message stating my appointment is confirmed for 8:45 am on December 8th. I arrive at 8:35 am for my appointment, they say we've no showed you because your appointment is at 8:15 am. They tell me we cannot see you until 4 pm today. I tell them I have a confirmation text stating my appointment time, Starling then states were having issues with our scheduling system, they say we will have a supervisor contact you. A supervisor calls me while I'm sitting in the waiting area and she tells me they only have one cardio tech on the other one had to leave

Ive had difficulties almost every time I try to schedule an appointment or refill a prescription. Ive called 3 days in a row and multiple times a day and gotten a busy dial tone. Really terrible service
