Our gender-affirming hormone therapy services provide essential medical care for transgender and non-binary individuals seeking physical transition support. Available at all our clinic locations, this program includes comprehensive medical monitoring, personalized treatment plans, and ongoing support from experienced healthcare professionals. Patients receive necessary hormone prescriptions alongside regular bloodwork monitoring and mental health referrals when needed.
Harm Reduction Programs
Our harm reduction initiatives focus on minimizing negative consequences associated with drug use through compassionate, non-judgmental services. We provide sterile syringe exchange, naloxone distribution and training, overdose prevention education, and safer use supplies to promote community safety and health. These free, confidential services operate on a walk-in basis at our clinics and through mobile outreach.
Mobile Health Clinics
Our mobile health units bring critical medical services directly to underserved communities across Western Massachusetts. These vans deliver sexual health screenings, harm reduction supplies, vaccinations, and health education where traditional clinic access proves challenging. This outreach expands our reach to hard-to-reach populations while maintaining the same quality standards as our fixed locations.
STI Testing Services
We offer comprehensive sexually transmitted infection testing including rapid HIV screening and testing for chlamydia, gonorrhea, syphilis, and hepatitis. These confidential services include both symptomatic and routine screenings with follow-up treatment options available. Testing occurs through scheduled appointments and select walk-in availability at our regional clinics.
WIC Program
Our Special Supplemental Nutrition Program for Women, Infants, and Children provides essential nutritional education, breastfeeding support, and food assistance. Participants receive personalized guidance on healthy eating, access to nutritious food vouchers, and ongoing support through all stages of pregnancy and early childhood development.
