I brought my vehicle in for service on New Years Eve. My service advisor, Daniel Rollins, made the whole process as smooth as possible. He already had everything ready, including a loaner car, and had me in and out in no time. He kept me updated with the work and recommendations the technician had made. I had told Daniel I was going out of town and he delivered on his promise that it would be done and detailed by the next business day. Great job all around.

Very friendly and accommodating. I stoped by to get my tire pressure balanced. It turned out that I needed a new tire. Jeff Carter took care of my tire, and I had another appointment for later date for inspection and he took care of that and saved me a trip. He had to stay a bit longer than their closing time, but he was very professional about it. Very pleasant experience.

Just purchased a 2014 E 350 from here, my sales assistant was Roderick Longino. All I can say is WOW...he made the buying experience very entertaining and fun. He is compassionate about his job and his customers. The facility was amazing very clean and all the employees were friendly and attentive. My experience here was top notch and I do thank all that was involved in my purchase. I travelled an hour and a half to do business here and surely would do it again!!!
