Crossroads Infiniti is amazing!! I have been taking my car there for service since 2011 with my first Infiniti and I have bought 3 cars from them since then and still take my Infiniti to them each time it needs service. Josh and Michael in service do a wonderful job. Chris in sales is great as well!

Due to a computer error, I was originally charged twice for the service. However, when I brought this to the service manager's attention, it was immediately corrected. In every other way, the service was excellent, as it has always been at this dealership.

I would like to recognize Joshua McMillan. He has been absolutely amazing dating back to August of 2020 when I started having problems with my first Q50. There soon after I upgraded to a red sport and just months into having a top-of-the-line model I began to have problems with that one. He has worked endlessly to keep me satisfied through a severely frustrating time. Joshua not only had a positive attitude but great professionalism and I can honestly say he is the reason Im still an Infiniti customer as I was prepared to walk away from a company that Ive been with since 2006. Outstanding customer service, from the sales staff, to the customer service representatives who update you on automobile.
