Quick and easy! Not what you are accustomed to experiencing at a car dealership but that exactly what it was. We got the car we needed at a fair price and spent a total of an hour getting everything done. Micheal and everyone on the back side of the transaction were fantastic.

Buyer beware Lemon Alert!!!! I bought a 2020 Atlas Cross Sport last year. Its had problems since leaving the lot. I have been into the service department for repairs so many times only to have them say they cant find anything. Ive sent videos to the manager. The entire vehicle would shut down on its own. The wipers go off on their own, the windows go down on their own. While driving a beeping sound goes off for no reason gas gauge doesnt work. Multiple recalls for major safety issues. I do not feel safe in this car and the fact they can fix it and will do nothing about this is a huge

I had my 80,000 mile checkup in October. I called a few days ahead to get a quote and it ended up being exactly what they said it would be. My advisor was Matt, who was extremely nice and did a great job at promptly communicating any issues and the next steps. He also did a great job of recommending services, but was not pushy about it at all, and notifying me of a recall I wasn't even aware of. I recommend this dealership as the go-to VW dealership in the area, and I will definitely be back for my 90,000 mile checkup.
