Kristen Spielman received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from South Dakota State University in 1999. She moved to Rochester, MN. That same year ahe began working at the Mayo Clinic. In her almost 20 year career, she has worked in a variety of settings, including medical surgical hospital nursing, pediatric intensive care, telephone triage, diabetes consulting, and aesthetics.
