Craniosacral Therapy is subtle, but powerful, bodywork that uses light touch to locate and release restrictions, tension and pain in our physical and emotional bodies. Craniosacral Therapy is a hands-on type of bodywork that is practiced on a fully-clothed patient. When the Craniosacral Therapist places their hands on a patient's body, they are looking for what is called the Cranial Rhythm.

Online sessions are between 15-60 minutes long, and will be structured around your unique needs, goals, and priorities. Appointments are open to new and established patients. Please note: new patients desiring a consultation with one of our Licensed Acupuncturists must book a 60-minute new patient consult for their first appointment.
