We are no longer taking reservations, we are first come, first serve counter-service. Terlingua-style! Enter through the Market and you will be given a table be added to our wait list. Once you are ready to order you can place your order with a Team Member in the Market and will start a tab. All food and drink will be brought out to you!
There is a reordering station at the Corral Bar and Team Members floating in each of the dining sections to help you reorder what you may like. The bars are first come first serve-full service and are not part of the wait list. Now serving lunch & dinner TO-GO & offering outside dining on our open aired deck, our margarita garden and in the Corral.

We offer our four distinct dining spaces, as described below, for afternoon and evening time frames. These frames are from 12-4PM and 5-9PM. Each dining space can accommodate up to 30 people for a seated event and potentially more for cocktails and small bites. Our rates are for the full, exclusive, use of each of these dining spaces and include full setup and breakdown of necessary event equipment.
