Mukilteo Coffee Roasters
Exciting changes are on the horizon for Mukilteo Coffee Roasters and Seabiscuit Bakery & Co.! Beth and Gary Smith are collaborating with Jenn and Sieb Jurriaans to create a one-of-a-kind coffee roasterie, bakery and cafe destination at the space currently known as Mukilteo Coffee Roasters' Cafe in the Woods.

The new cafe will be full of your favorite sweet and savory Seabiscuit Bakery goodies, as well as other breakfast and lunch offerings - many of which were debuted during the Salt & Sea Provisions Pop-up at Saltwater Fish House and Oyster Bar in Langley this past year.

Report
In the early 80's when coffee was creating a buzz around Seattle, Gary Smith (founder) had his first taste of what he called the "Nectar of the Gods." Blown away by the quality of this coffee his passion was ignited, and he opened one of the nation's first espresso carts in front of the Seahorse Restaurant by the Mukilteo ferry dock in 1983.
