I gave a certificate to be framed on October 26. I was told it would take two weeks. Well, its November 28th and no frame. I called about a week ago and got no call back. I called again 2 days later and was told there was an issue with the shipment received. I asked to talk to the general manager Sarah and I was promised a call back. Nothing. They was Monday so 2 days ago Called again today and asked for her to call me back. Nothing. Over the years I spent thousands of dollars on framing at this business. I guess not anymore.
An update! Finally Sarah reached out to me. She expedited the process

Never fails -- I always get such great work done at Rosenbaum Framing. I have used them for years - and have always found the staff pleasant and knowledgeable. More so, they come up with some extremely unique options for framing my artwork and collectibles. I simply cannot say enough about Rosenbaum Framing and RFA Dcor.
