Cancellation Policies
Report
Refunds are given if contacted at a minimum of 48 hours prior to attending the first day of the purchased package. If a monthly package was purchased and your child misses a minimum of a week(4 days) Creating Me will give you in-house credit for our minimum weekly package. Birthday Party Cancellation Policy: 50% of the deposit will be refunded only if the birthday party is cancelled 1 week (7 days) prior to the event.
