Yoga helps us to balance and center our awareness while energizing, strengthening, and toning all the major muscles and organs in our body. Yoga is suitable for all ages and body types. It promotes strength, flexibility and endurance while providing a source of relaxation through breathing and meditation techniques.
Class Series

6 or more students are needed to launch a special Class Series at Every Body Balance. Please contact us and identify the class you're interested in taking or gather a group of your own friends/family who are interested in a particular series. To view the current Series classes and to register (and sign a waiver if you are new to the studio), please go to our member site and look for 'Series'.
Yoga for Kids

Yoga for kids is a fun way to introduce new students to yoga, or continue to build an interest in those that are familiar with it. Children's yoga is all about sparking interest, relationships, curiosity, and imagination. With a diverse mix of yoga and mindfulness activities, children will learn a variety of yoga asanas, including partner and group poses, as well as breathing games and meditation techniques.
