JY Fitness is the quality personal training and massage therapy services of Jerry Yuhara CPT, CSCS, CMT# 75123. All programs are specially designed for each client based on their body and fitness goals.

With extensive experience training ALL types of people, Jerry will provide you with the proper fitness coaching and bodywork to help elevate your fitness to the next level. Whether your goals are big or small, every session is focused on helping you achieve your desired health and fitness results. Training out of the Silicon Valley Fit Studio in Palo Alto, training sessions are one on one in a comfortable studio setting.

Jerry started working as a full-time personal trainer in 2003 while attending Arizona State University. After graduating and getting a solid understanding of personal training and the fitness business, he started Breakthrough Personal Training in 2007, now JY Fitness. A couple years later he moved back to the Bay Area to further his education in the health sciences and continue helping people improve their health and fitness.

They have the self-motivation to train independently in order to perform an activity that has a deep meaning to them.
