HIV medical care is available at the Duluth, Decatur and Marietta Centers for those affected by HIV. Grant funding enables most services to be provided on a sliding fee basis. Join us and honor 30 years of service to Atlanta with food, drinks, and a tour of the new Duluth expansion including the oral health, nutrition, and substance abuse center.

Our mission is to provide client-centered care for the HIV community to have a life worth loving. For almost 30 years, Positive Impact Health Centers has provided client-centered care to the HIV community and worked tirelessly to prevent the transmission of HIV in Atlanta.

STI Testing
Report
STI screening services are available at our Decatur Center. Syphilis, gonorrhea and chlamydia testing and counseling services are provided on a sliding scale fee. Persons should expect to receive their results about 2 weeks after their screening visit. Once results are in, STI treatment is also provided in Decatur.
Condom Distribution
Report
When used correctly, condoms are one of the best ways to prevent ways to prevent HIV and Sexually Transmitted Infections (STIs). Our agency provides FREE condoms to the community in 3 ways. We will mail condoms directly to your house in a nondescript yellow envelope through the Condoms By Mail Program.
Innovative Services

Our pharmacy team thinks outside the box and pushes the limits of what we think about when we think of independent, community pharmacy. Through implementation of new innovative services, we continue to find ways to increase pharmacy access to all patients.

Services such as free, local courier deliveries, a HIPAA secure and confidential 2-way texting app, free gender affirming care medication and supplies access, and participating as a donated drug repository keep our patients engaged and connected to our pharmacy team members.
