The organization has grown over the past 40 years from one location to seven service locations, including the first school-based health center in Fulton County, the first school-based health center to be located within a high school in the state of Georgia, and a 41 ft.
August of 2013 was another monumental time as the Board of Directors made the bold move to rebrand the organization from West End Medical Centers to The Family Health Centers of Georgia, Inc.The organization's new vision aims to expand healthcare to communities beyond that of the historic West End community.
