Tender Living Care in Snellville, Georgia, is a state licensed nurturing senior day health center. Our program is designed to reduce isolation, offer support and respite to families with caregiving responsibilities. To foster a healthy outlook on life for seniors. Tender Living Care (TLC) offers nutritious meals, and activities including arts and crafts, group discussions, exercise, and mental stimulation on a daily basis.
Socialization is a key focus and participants interact with peers through a variety of activities. Tender Living Care has an RN on duty that will provide daily medication reminders, daily blood pressure, and glucose monitoring ensuring that our seniors stay healthy.

TLC has an area for exercising and dancing, which is great for cognitive thinking. We offer stimulating and interactive senior activities, which promote sociability, as well as a relaxing room called "Aunt Cliff Lounge Room" where seniors can read, watch TV, nap, or reminisce. Studies suggest that challenging the brain can relieve sleep and mood disorders.
TLC's Facility

Our senior day health center is a little over 2,800 square feet. Seniors can enjoy the benches outside and beautiful flowers that decorate the front yard as well as a couple of water fountains and a fish tank. The environment is very inviting because it feels just like a home. TLC's hours are from 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., allowing you to get off work, run an errand or two, and be there at 6:00 p.m. to pick up your loved one.

Jennifer is a RN, who has had a love for seniors since she was a small child. Growing up with a sister who was an activity director in San Francisco, California, she would often go and interact with the seniors, and developed a true love for them. Jennifer has vast amount of knowledge and experience working with patients that have mental and physical disorders and understands they just need an outlet for social interaction.
