At Therapy Tree, we know that you want to be proud of how well your child is reaching developmental milestones. Sometimes though, your child falls behind and you don't know what to do to help. What Happens During an Evaluation

In reality, there's nothing intimidating or scary about a speech therapy evaluation. All you have to do is make some preparations, and your therapist will take care of the rest.
Pediatric Occupational Therapy

Occupational Therapy is a profession concerned with promoting health and well-being through occupation. Carefully designing sequences of activities to help build strength and coordination in order to increase the ability to complete activities more independently. Modifying the environment to increase the ability to participate when physical limitation exists.
Feeding/Swallowing Therapy

Therapy Tree employs the SOS (Sequential Oral Sensory) approach to treat feeding. SOS is a team treatment approach which integrates posture, sensory, motor, behavioral/learning, medical, and nutritional factors. The SOS method is effective in treating children with feeding difficulties and weight/growth problems.
Orofacial Myofunctional Therapy

Orofacial Myologists study the function, behaviors, and patterns of the muscles of the face, mouth, and tongue in order to identify where inappropriate muscle function and behaviors are disrupting normal dental development, normal swallow, and/or creating cosmetic problems. There can be many causal factors.
