I had a few pieces of family jewelry that I couldn't get any information on thru the family anymore. I just wanted to see if they had any value or history that was available so i checked local reviews & saw that arthur groom was very well regarded and so ii decided to bring them there. Could not possibly be happier with their help! Ali is very professional & friendly as all their staff was! Very helpful!

The best in so many ways! Knowledgeable, exceptional customer service, an overall wonderful experience every time. In a world of online shopping, it feels so good to work with a sophisticated and elegant hometown jewelry shop. OMG! ENGAGEMENT RING HEAVEN First steps in you are greeted with warmth, LOVE that there is no pressure, ALI is phenomenal, head downstairs to the LAB she explains it ALL. Diamonds really are agirls best friend at ARTHUR GROOM. The communication sooo good. It was like she read my mind and created the most amazing Celebrity Pintrest WORTHY engagement ring that I can't stop staring at even as I'm leaving this review . Can't wait in a few weeks I'll be going back in for the wedding bands...

Arthur groom did an amazing job with my engagement ring and wedding band. They created a completely custom set with an heirloom diamond and heirloom band, inspired by my preferred styles.
