Kids Programs
Structured Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu classes for children aged 3-13 develop motor skills, confidence, and discipline through age-appropriate techniques. Our Tiny Champions (3-4), Little Champions (5-6), Juniors (7-8), and Teens (9-12) programs use games and drills to build foundational skills while emphasizing teamwork and respect. Each level prepares students for progression through technical mastery and character development.
Adults Programs
Comprehensive training for adults of all skill levels focuses on technical proficiency, physical conditioning, and self-defense applications. The GB1 Fundamentals class teaches core techniques while GB2 Advanced and GB3 No-Gi programs refine competitive strategies through sparring and complex positional drills. Our curriculum balances physical development with mental discipline, offering stress relief through structured practice of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu principles.
Women's Classes
Women-specific programs combine Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu techniques with fitness training to develop practical self-defense capabilities. The GBF Women's Only class improves strength, endurance, and situational awareness while teaching real-world defense strategies. Participants build confidence through technical mastery in a supportive environment that emphasizes personal empowerment and community building.
Private Training
One-on-one sessions provide customized training focused on individual goals, whether improving competition performance or mastering specific techniques. Private lessons allow dedicated mat time with instructors for accelerated skill development. This tailored approach addresses personal weaknesses while building on existing strengths through focused drilling and technical correction.
Teens Programs
The Teens program for ages 9-12 refines technical skills while fostering leadership qualities through advanced drills and sparring. Students develop mental resilience and tactical thinking alongside physical conditioning. Structured training sessions balance technical instruction with character development, helping adolescents build confidence and social skills through team-based learning experiences.

Weve had our 5 and 7 year old kids here since Feb 2021. The staff is very attentive. There is typically up to 4 black belt professors per session, so there is plenty of supervision for the kids. Excellent instructions and deep pride in the name GB. Definitely recommend.

There is nothing better than a supportive and inclusive community, GB RSM provides that for both kids and adults. The instructors are world class in jiu jitsu and at the same time down to earth. They are friendly and are able to communicate details in a very digestible manner. We moved to RSM a year ago because of the sense of community it provides and GB RSM has provided that for both my son and I. Jiu Jitsu is something that becomes a big part of your life and spending that time with amazing people makes every second enjoyable!

One of the best Gracie gym out there. A lot of great professors and plenty of room for all the students to learn. The professors truly care about their students. My son loves it here and has made a lot of new friends. There's a lot of kids for my son to train with, which is great. It's definitely one big family at this location. I highly recommend it.

Kayron Gracie runs this school -- one of the best jiu-jitsu practitioners in the world. And the gym is impeccably clean, the fellow students are respectful/polite, and the training/workout is just the right level of intensity. 5 stars all day, every day.
