Flatbread is an upbeat Neapolitan pizzeria and wine bar specializing in serving authentic wood-fired Neapolitan pizza certified by the Associazione Verace Pizza Napoletana (VPN) of Naples, Italy. We strictly adhere to the regulations set forth not only by the VPN, but by long-standing tradition. Our name is derived from 16th century Naples when a Gallete flatbread was first referred to as a pizza.

Friendly hostess and wait staff. Food is good, but pricey. Pizza was slightly underdone...Caesar salad was lightly dressed with an unusually lemony dressing...could taste the anchovy which gave it a nice richness, but paprika on the croutons made the salad remind me of a fish dish...kinda weird flavor combo....not going to be a regular stop,but once in a while ok.

Decided to eat here for a date night after seeing how crowded Tavern was. We opted for inside seating and I think that may have been our mistake. We were sat in the back booth, out of sight and out of mind for our waitress. She left us alone for quite awhile— another couple was sat after us and had drinks before our waitress came to us.
We ordered a handful of items to split and LOVED LOVED LOVED the bolognese and arugula flatbread. So yummy!
But we weren’t fans of the 4 seasons pizza. It was undercooked and burnt all at the same time. We ended up taking most of it home and reheating it on

I really loved our server she was really wonderful to me and to my mom and to my sister I wouldn't eat there again something was wrong with the pizza it tasted like it was burned but it tasted okay the chocolate cookie tasted really yummy 😋 thank you so very much for your wonderful service last night!!!!!
