Most thorough inspection I have seen. Very helpful in explaining everything in detail about whats in the report and why. Because of Mikes quality inspection we were able to see just how poor of shape a house we wanted was in. This was the straw that broke the camels back and we were able to cancel our contract saving us potentially tens of thousands of dollars in repairs. We are definitely going to use them again on the next house we look at.
