I recently purchased a home in April. The inspector at the time charged 500.00 and went through my house quickly and inefficiently and said (okay you passed). For insurance reasons I needed another 4 point inspection, colin was on time and very thorough and found 2 issues with my house! One electrical, very reasonable on time efficient and courteous friendly and knowledgable. Definitely would use again when needed.

Our 4-point inspection with Anthony and the THI team was excellent. He provided thorough information about our home, and explained everything he did with detail. He was very courteous and wore a mask and booties inside our home as well. I would definitely recommend using THI for any inspection you need.
