Tepee Inspections is a multi-inspector company where each inspector is independently licensed and insured. We each have SUPRA key access, which allows us to gain access to houses secured by the SUPRA electronic lockbox system.

In order for us to serve you better, when calling to schedule a commercial inspection or to request a quote, please be able to provide the following information: Total under roof square footage; the number of tenants and if any are medical or specialty tenants; number of floors in the project; and the age of the structure.

In addition to standard home inspection check-list items, an option is to include an Infrared Technology Scan. Infrared home inspections offer maximum benefit to both the home seller, as well as the home buyer. This non-invasive option allows our home inspectors to analyze areas of the home that would otherwise require moderate to serious reconstruction.

Tepee Inspections created the "Safety Inspection" for property owners and managers with rental units. Tenants aren't always conscientious about the way they treat a property or how they leave it for the next occupants. Even when they mean well and attempt to fix something themselves, it isn't always done correctly.
