One of the biggest (and most important) differences you'll find between us, a Direct Primary Care practice, and other traditional family practices, is the number of patients we see. Most primary care providers in Idaho routinely include 1,500 patients or more in their practices. Others around the country are even more packed- 3,000 to 4,000 patients!

This is a membership based practice. In traditional practices billing insurance causes prices to be inflated (for multiple reasons). In part, eliminating insurance billing we can reduce overhead drastically and that translates to better prices for members. The IRS has allowed for families and individuals to use their HSA funds to pay membership fees.
