Ob/gyn
Report
At Blackfoot Medical Center, we provide care for the entire family, and that includes offering comprehensive women's health services. Obstetrics and gynecology are an important part of women's health, so we have members on our team that specialize in just that. Our providers have privileges and can deliver your baby at Portneuf Hospital, Bingham Memorial Hospital, and Mountain View Hospital.
Chronic Care Management
Report
CCM (Chronic Care Management) is designed to help optimized patient care outside of the office. One in four adults live with multiple chronic conditions and most of these require daily management. These conditions can be better managed when there is a partnership between the patient and their healthcare team.
