Through expert touch, massage therapy re-educates your muscles and joints and guides them back to optimal levels of flexibility and performance. For athletes, massage is a key component for optimal performance.
Yoga Teacher Training

This program successfully trains yoga teachers and students who want to deepen their practice and mastery of Yoga. Our training will give you the opportunity to study and practice techniques and philosophy from many traditions, some of which include vinyasa flow, restorative, Yin and that you may practice or teach as gentle, moderate or vigorous.

Designed for all fitness levels, join Danielle + Kelly for our very first MINDFUL Triathlon. First things first, there is NO running. Join us for a 3-part event to work your body and calm your mind. Begin with a dynamic warmup, move into a Pilates - Barre mash up, flow into yoga and end with a deep meditation in savasana.
Class Descriptions

Expect this class to include traditional asana (poses) and sequences: sun salutations, standing poses, seated poses, backbends and an opportunity to learn/practice inversions. Open to all experience levels (even beginners!) and individual modifications will be available. Endurance, flexibility and strength with a focus on connecting the rhythm of the breath with the movements.
