The professional staff here makes you feel completely welcome and at home. On a recent visit, I was promptly greeted at the front desk with sincere smile and had very little wait time to talk with Angie. Every staff member and agent were personable. As they went about their day they took time to greet me as well. Angie has extensive knowledge in her field and was able to walk me through what I feel is a very personal and delicate process. You couldn't ask for a better company to work with. Whatever your concerns are, they will do there best to help you. We seniors have lots of concerns when it comes to our Health Insurance and our medical needs.
