Very hard to get any info from them for an insurance policy I was looking for. And I did not appreciate the comment on "how hard it is to hire millennials" and the reasons why he laid out to his co-worker in-front of me. Hard to trust someone, when they are probably talking trash about you just because of your age.

When I first came to Nixon & Lindstrom back in 2014, I was very happy with their service but my account manager left and the service has been sub-par ever since. I tried working with them but the service stayed poor and I finally felt compelled to leave this year to go to another agency who were not only more responsive but they saved me over $800 on my insurance program. I don't like working with people who don't call back when they say they will and then when they give you an alternate renewal quote as requested - they don't point out they are quoting a lower limit than your home is valued at

I would like to strongly recommend Nixon & Lindstrom Insurance Agency to potential customers as well as a great workplace culture. I had the honor of working as a commercial agent there for a year and a half before returning to personal lines. Greg is great his staff is always friendly! My company (J&S Automotive) has been A customer of theirs for over 3 years and never had to use any claims thank goodness but I know if I need to they would be my first call! Keep up the great work guys!!!
