The Original Choice Escrow was formed in 1988 by Paige Payne and Paige has been closing real estate transactions ever since. She has conducted and closed more real estate transactions than any other title professional in our community. The current Choice Escrow & Land Title, LLC was formed in January of 2008.
Our title plant was established in the early 1990's and is maintained on a daily basis by downloading data from both the Greene and Christian County Courthouses. Our digital search process is extremely accurate and efficient and is all on site. Greene County records are also maintained on microfilm which provide backup data if our server ever failed.

Also known as "Settlement", this is actually the completion of your transaction in the home-buying or refinancing process. From the closing room, title passes from seller to buyer, and a new mortgage lien is secured. Buying a house is an exciting time and the more you know about the process, the more relaxed you'll be going through it.
