Services
CNC Machining
Our CNC machining services handle complex geometries using advanced 5-axis milling and 4-axis live turning capabilities. We produce components from solid aluminum and aircraft-grade materials with tolerances under 0.001 inches. Our temperature-controlled quality lab ensures dimensional accuracy through NIST-certified inspection systems.
Aerospace Components
We specialize in mission-critical aerospace components like optical benches and structural elements for space telescopes. Our team modifies equipment permanently when necessary to meet unique size requirements, as demonstrated with the 47x38x2.5 inch NICER project component for the International Space Station.
Quality Inspection
Our quality assurance process includes 100% component inspection using contact and vision systems. We provide official inspection reports with NIST-traceable measurements and maintain temperature/humidity-controlled environments to ensure measurement accuracy within extreme tolerances.
Prototype Manufacturing
We deliver high-quality prototypes for product development between initial concepts and production tooling. Our engineers produced critical aluminum components for Radical Transport's prototypes using 4-axis milling, achieving delivery within two weeks while maintaining aerospace-grade quality standards.
EDM Services
Our EDM capabilities complement CNC machining for complex shapes and hard materials. This process integrates with our quality control systems to maintain precision in components requiring non-traditional machining methods, supporting aerospace and medical device manufacturing requirements.

The management team is absolutely incompetent. They don't understand how to NOT play favorites. They let their employees sit around on their phones all day. The reason they're so slow is because they fire the employees who actually are able to and know how to move the orders along. Not only do they fire people, they do it with no explanation and the management team doesn't even give the notice themselves. Never do business with them.

Best prototyping place around. A little surprised to see ZHP on Yelp but had to give a shout.

They claim to offer expedited machining services with parts available between 24 hours and 1 week, depending on what you're willing to pay. The first time I ordered parts from them, they were not able to provide parts faster than a week plus a day, but I forgive them, since if your machines are booked, there's not much you can do about it. Of the parts I received from them, though, many were out of spec or were missing operations (e.g. a hole that was supposed to be drilled wasn't, other holes were undersized). The second time I tried to order from them, they told me that the +/-0.0005 tolerance
