Liberty Family Medicine was the first Direct Primary Care (DPC) clinic in Columbia, Missouri when we opened in July of 2016. Liberty is a true direct primary care practice meaning we do not accept insurance in exchange for the services that we offer, but rather have an agreement directly between the patient and the physician.

Each visit is tailored to your individual medical needs and concerns, so some visits will be lengthy while others will be quick.
