Spectrum Healthcare has been dedicated to providing inclusive, compassionate healthcare services since 1992. Originally founded as the Regional AIDS Interfaith Network, our organization has evolved to address diverse healthcare needs while maintaining a commitment to equity and accessibility. Our team of 15+ staff and contractors delivers tailored primary care, family planning, STI testing, and specialized programs like Medication Assisted Therapy, serving over 750 individuals annually. We operate on a sliding-scale fee structure and accept most insurance plans, ensuring care remains accessible regardless of financial circumstances. With three decades of experience, we combine clinical expertise with community-focused initiatives, including Spectrum After Dark evening testing clinics and Medicaid expansion assistance programs.

Our services are designed to address both immediate health concerns and long-term wellness, offering chronic condition management, gender-affirming care, and preventive services. We maintain strict confidentiality protocols while fostering a judgment-free environment where patients receive culturally competent care. Our partnerships with state health programs and community organizations enable us to expand access to critical services across 66 Missouri counties. Through continuous program development and community engagement, we strive to eliminate healthcare disparities and improve public health outcomes.
