Young Su Kim suffered insomnia when he was in his twenties. He tried variety of medicines to find a remedy but when he couldn't, he took it upon himself to learn a cure by turning to ancient plants, moxa. Moxibustion is a heat therapy that uses dry plant materials to burn on or near the surface of the skin to energizes the body's Qi flow.
