For over ten years, amid all the changes in the vacation rental industry, owner Barbara Heard has always taken pride in her strong personal touch with her clientele. She retires from the business knowing she has left her homes and guests in the good hands of her friends, James and Hannah Lott. The two of us are firmly grounded in the Midcoast, with young families here of our own, and are excited to assume leadership of a solid local business.
Our office will remain in its same location on Route One in Rockport. We plan to grow the company in part through expansion of our service offerings, including year-round property management services. These will include snow removal and storm watches through the winter months, as well as landscaping, property upkeep, and many other services through the warmer months.
