From the south, take I-95 to Augusta, Rte. 3 East from Augusta to Belfast, connect to Rte. 1 North to Bucksport and then follow Rte. 15 South to the Deer Isle-Sedgwick Bridge. You'll receive driving directions to your specify cottage 7 days prior to your arrival date. For a more secenic drive one may take Route 1 along the coast from Southern Maine.

Check in and Check out time? Our cottages are primarily Saturday to Saturday rentals. Check in time is 4:00pm on Saturday and check out time is 10:00am the following Saturday. We are not allowing late check outs or accommdating early check-ins. May I bring a pet? Some of our properties consider pet tenancies.

At The Island Agency (Island Rentals Maine) we are always ready to assist you with the steps necessary to rent your home or investment property either weekly in season or for year-round or seasonal rentals. Renting real estate is a partnership between property owners and The Island Agency. We list properties between September and March of each year, for the upcoming rental season.
Rental Guidelines

Do not exceed the max capacity of your rental home. The max capacity of each home is shown on the webpage for that specific home, infants and children are factored into the count. Due to the tight turn-around time for our vacation homes no early check-in or late check-outs are possible. Check-in time is 4:00PM on the day or arrival, Check-out is no later than 10AM on the day of departure.
