We are located on US Route 1, just 3 miles north of downtown Belfast and 3 miles south of Searsport. The Seascape is across the street from Penobscot Bay and there is a public right of way to the water. We have some water views. We have a brand new, heated swimming pool and spa. There is a state of the art heating and filtration system for sparkling clean water, heated to a comfortable temperature.

We're located on coastal US Rte 1 and are just minutes from Belfast's historic downtown and picturesque harbor, area attractions, and Acadia National Park.
