How do I request an ASL interpreter?
Complete our online Interpreter Request Form with event details. We'll confirm availability via email within 2 business hours. Emergency requests receive priority status.
What services do you offer?
We provide on-site interpreting, video remote interpreting (VRI), CART captioning, ASL video production, and online ASL courses for individuals and organizations nationwide.
Do you serve areas outside Texas?
While based in Austin, we offer services nationwide through our network of certified interpreters and virtual platforms covering all 50 states.
Are your interpreters certified?
All interpreters hold national certifications (RID, NIC) or state licensure. We maintain strict quality control with annual skills assessments and continuing education requirements.
What is your cancellation policy?
Submit cancellations through our online form at least 24 hours before scheduled services. Emergency cancellations require immediate email notification to [email protected]
Are your services HIPAA compliant?
Yes, we maintain full HIPAA compliance for healthcare interpreting and electronic health record handling. Staff undergo annual HIPAA training and sign business associate agreements.

My medical clinic utilizes 3 Bridges Sign Language Services for all of our patiens who need a sign language interpreter at three of our locations in Round Rock, North Austin and South Austin. Brandon and the whole team at 3 Bridges are amazing! They're always super helpful and the interpreters are ALWAYS kind, professional, discreet, caring and on time for our patients' appointments! Oh my goodness! Words cannot express how wonderful my experience was today with the 2 interpreters from 3 Bridges! They were so amazing, helpful, competent, kind and professional. This is my first experience needing a sign language interpreter and I was nervous, wanting to make sure everything went well for our employee, the interpreters, and my employer. I've used different interpreters in my office over the years, but 3 Bridges has been the best. They are always so friendly, helpful, and accommodating. They have gone above and beyond when I've been in a bind, even when it was my fault I was in a bind. They are truly wonderful people!

3 Bridges interpreting is a wonderful organization and I am so happy they are in Austin. I work for a local nonprofit and our mission is to provide therapeutic support to kids and teens that have a parent with a chronic or life threatening illness. We had an upcoming support group for teens and one of our clients needed interpreting services. We started our process looking for an interpreting service and were a bit overwhelmed.
