I worked at Heather heights about 7 years ago. The residents were sweet enough and I love them. Unfortunately the staff were mean and cruel! I experienced an unfortunate event I seen a resident get slapped in the back of his head I reported the incident to management not only did this particular person not get in trouble but I had to work with her and experience harassments from her friends there and herself. It took for another resident to be abused by this woman for her to be fired. I do hope the management has changed especially in the nursing supervisor she was terrible had her own click and

Ive been an employee here for nearly 2 years and the staff, residents and families have made me feel so welcome. Every staff member, no matter what department, gives their all to make our residents as comfortable and happy as possible.
