One of the worst apartment complexes I’ve lived at. Thankful it was a short lease! We had problem after problem living here. The office is lazy and was always trying to charge us for things that were easily disproved. The apartment was painted poorly, one of the bathroom doors did not close and had a huge hole in it. It was dirty when we moved in. And that’s among many many other issues with the apartment itself. Our dryer didn’t dry the clothes. The exercise room and pool was always closed.

At first glance the inside is nice, but it won't be long til you notice flaws in each room, the parking lot and the constant police presence. How the parking lot is just as messed up, even though they tried fixing it twice within a year of being there. The paid parking is a scam, get ready to park and then walk three or four buildings away if you don't get one. The whole outside of the apartments is disgusting with the trash bins overflowing with trash. There is only one or two maintenance people there, so if anything happens get ready to wait a month or two for it to be fixed.

Let me start off by saying, I have tried calling, emailing, speaking with a manager, and everything I can think of to get my dishwasher fixed. It initially started with being led to believe I was moving into an apartment with updated black appliances and dark wood cabinets as you see on their website....then I walked in and found rust, outdated, crooked white cabinets, and sagging shelves. All of which I was going to just deal with as I love the layout of the apartment. Just moved into this place and February and I absolutely love it!! The staff is SUPER NICE! And I mean every single one of them! That’s the main reason i moved into these apartments, neighbors are so nice and friendly, it feel like home! 🙌🏼 The apartments are very clean and spacious! And anything I put a work order in they get to it ASAP! never drama here and never loud noises. I love it and will be staying until I get kicked out! 😂

Nice place. Met the maintenance guy, I think his name was Frank. He seemed pretty cool and knew a lot of stuff. Made me feel like a pretty nice place to live and confident that my stuff would get fixed if it broke. I think I'd lease here in the future when my lease is up. Oh and the lady in the office was nice too.

I’ve been living here for almost a month now, and from the moment I walked into the leasing office my experience has been great! Jami and Kristine have been more than welcoming and are always there to assist you! Frank, the maintenance man, is an awesome guy and he is fast and super efficient! The pool and fitness center are also great, the pool is very clean and well maintained. Would recommend!

LOVE LOVE LOVE IT !! I have only lived here 1 month and I love it. I have lived in other apartments and none of them were as nice and clean. The staff is amazing and help you with anything you need with a smile on their face. The pool is always clean AND they have a grill out by the pool. I highly recommend these apartment . 😍
