Two Rivers is a great location. I liked it so much that after moving away for a year, I returned. But things changed. In apartment 4102, we experienced 4 gas leaks , 4 months of gnat infestation and a dog attack. When we moved, we provided a forwarding address for future contact. Instead, the office decided to email us our last bill. Who checks emails in the middle of moving? Now we are in collections. We moved out 1 Jul 2021 and received a letter from collections dated 4 August demanding and threatening to sue us! So Two Rivers management had our forwarding and did not hesitate to send us to collections

Worth mentioning that our reinforced concrete floors between levels makes a huge difference compared to other apartment buildings we have visited. I mentioned that they are very well insulated from sound transmission, and obviously the strong floors make a big difference.

When we moved in the place was filthy dirty. Back door would not lock, blinds were bent. Dogs barking most nights above us. Deck had mold on the concrete. STAY AWAY! This place is a joke

The complex is attractive and has a great location. The maintenance staff works diligently to take care of repairs but I believe they are understaffed and overworked. They all deserve a raise and big bonus. I find dealing with the office staff frustrating because they seem apathetic and more interested in spreading gossip than working to make the complex a better place to live.

Couldn't have picked a better place to stay while we are having our home built here in Georgetown. The staff, Samantha, Jordan and Amanda are outstanding! Any questions or concerns have always been addressed in a timely manner and the apartment is very spacious. Best part is that it was recently updated...very nice! :)

Lived here in 2015 and 2016 and loved it. We never had any issues with management and they were very friendly. The property is awesome, and it’s proximity to downtown was amazing. I often was able to walk or bike to work. The amenities are also great and although the cost of living here is high, you get what you pay for. Our unit had a fireplace that I loved, but left an awkward corner that was hard to decorate around. And my only real concern was always the rising waters when it flooded. The only reason we left was because the units are not large enough to accommodate a growing family, and are

The staff is helpful if we have any problems. The only issue we had during the last two and a half years was small and it was fixed right away. The proximity to downtown and local dining and shops is great. We considered a lower rent option ten minutes away when our lease was up but are glad we decided to stay.

I’ve been at this complex for two years. It has recently come under new management and several property improvements are underway. It’s always been a clean, well maintained property. It’s quiet and peaceful. Office management (Samantha and Amanda) are very personable and have always been very helpful in addressing any questions or concerns. It’s a great place to live and a short walk to the square!

I love living here. I recently renewed my lease for a third year. The management is very responsive and tries hard...they've been continually improving everything. They recently redid the clubhouse/office. Having a hot tub, sauna, and two pools is great. The grounds are really pretty and the location is wonderful. It's close to a lot of places. I also love the fact I have a gas fireplace in my unit and it just looks really nice. The finishes are very gorgeous.

As a Realtor with Berkshire Hathaway, I strive for the utmost quality in all of my business dealings. I use Two Rivers to house clients who are waiting to buy a home or are having one built. The staff of lovely ladies there are always warm and helpful, and have an intimate knowledge of their property- it's obvious that they love what they do!

We were looking for apartment and we came across two rivers and i love the nostalgic look of it. We're sold we love it especially me. I love ! love downtown Georgetown.
most of all we have a good experienced with Jordan. She is professional, cordial and friendly. She is excited to show us the units that we like to see.
Something bothers me is cement floor, and i do like downstairs apartment.
We are still undecided if we'll commit to this one or not. We still have a month to decide. I just want to thank Jordan.

My Husband and I are looking for an apartment before putting our house up for sale and we only have time on the weekends to view as we get off work to late during the week. We had a few apartments on our list to tour and Two Rivers was on the top of it. Saturday was cold and wet and after going to visit 4 properties Two Rivers was the only property that gave us a tour!

Jordan was very welcoming and offered us a cup of coffee before we went out to see the apartment and amenities. The model was absolutely beautiful and the pool area/jacuzzi was awesome! Thankful for great customer service!

Horrible new management! I rented an apartment there for six months. They had an online portal which intermittently worked to pay rent. I paid my rent this way and was never late. Not once! At the end of my lease, the amount online to pay was incorrect and there was no way for me to change the amount to pay. I had moved to my new home and got a nasty email from them asking why I hadn't paid my last rent (which was 2 weeks). This email was on day 5 and I had informed them that the online portal was wrong. Their response - call us and we can change it. Frustrated, I just had my bank

Such kind workers at the front desk that are always willing to go the extra mile for you. The apartments are gorgeous and in a perfect spot for a quick walk to the square. The neighbors are sweet, everyone goes out of their way to say, "Good morning!" And there are smiles everywhere. Also, there are so many cute dogs! Ignore John's review :)

I love living at Two Rivers! I love the proximity to downtown and Blue Hole Park, and our apartment is beautiful and extremely quiet. Kaitlin, Amanda, and the maintenance team do an amazing job making sure that the property is always clean and well maintained. Work orders are always done in a timely manner and done right the first time. My family and I love living here and will stay here as long as they will have us!

My husband and I couldn't be happier here!! We feel really, really lucky to be living here. We've been here for 6 months now, and I deliberately waited to write a review so that I could give a balanced, considered review (you know, so I could get past the "honeymoon period" of any new change, where everything might feel rosy just b/c you made a big move).

First of all, I loved working with property manager Kaitlin right from the get-go...I was still living in NM when I applied and signed the lease, etc., all done remotely. She went above and beyond her job description with

An absolute nightmare from day one. The day we moved in we were told we weren't allowed to park our PODS in the complex and we needed to have it moved to San Gabriel Park and haul over loads in personal vehicles. Prior to our cross country move, we discussed having a PODS trailer with Kaitlin and she assured us multiple times that it was not a problem , so you can imagine our shock and frustration when we went to move in and were told we weren't allowed to park it. The man dropping it off told us he didn't feel comfortable with that because he was afraid it would be towed or broken

I really love living here. The staff is great and it is close to stuff. There is a pool, spa, and hot tub. It is a kid, and pet friendly environment. I guess it just depends on what day you come in and who you are dealing with who said the staff members were very rude, we all have off days sometimes.

Two rivers was a great place to live. The maintenance crew was very timely with anything that needed to be repaired. They are always courteous and talked to you when they passed by. The ladies in the front office have a great attitude and very knowledgeable. The apartments are pricey but you get what you pay for. I always felt safe and everyone that rented their was very nice. The dog park is ridiculously huge and my dog loved it.

The apartments are beautiful and the location is great. But I would not recommend Two Rivers because of the management staff. They are completely unresponsive and extremely rude. Every interaction with management was extremely unpleasant and it almost seemed that they went out of their way to make life difficult on residents.

We moved in to this complex after having zero luck finding a rental home. We love, love, living here. All of the staff are very pleasant and helpful. We have only heard our neighbors a couple times when their kiddos slammed their front door. We love being right near the blue hole, walking distance to downtown, and various restaurants. I can't wait to see what moves in to the retail area at the front of the property. All the amenities are fantastic, we utilize it all, and nothing is ever crowded. So far it has been a great experience with great staff and management.

This apartment. From the outside, it looks beautiful and if you're like me, you get really excited when you hear about the amenities, location, etc. Then you get knocked off your horse a bit when you hear how much the rent is. And if you're still like me, you take all your info to your husband and decide against your better judgement, to live here since you think it's going to be amazing.

Well then you move in. Moving into a brand spanking new apartment that no one has ever lived in sounds like a dream right? No smelly, stained carpet or random stray hairs in the cabinet drawers

I've lived here almost 5 months and have no complaints.

I use the trail to get to Blue Hole, San Gabriel Park, and El Monumento all the time. I'm excited about the retail coming in on the west side of the property and Hat Creek opening up across the street.

As for my apartment, it's the smallest floor plan, and works great for me. It's awesome being the first person to live in a place, especially one with stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, and a huge patio. It's also really quiet. I rarely hear my neighbors. The courtesy officer is a good guy, too.
