Rivery Park Apartments

The office is honestly one of the worst office staff. They left my AC broken for three days during the summer and gave me no AC window unit in that time. Also it broke again and this time they left it broken for a week and a half. When I called her about it she said I had to put in a work order for something that she already knew was broken and continuously broke. Then proceeded to get an attitude with me and also with my neighbor as if it was our fault and never told us when they would come back to fix it. I recommend Rivery Park apartments. Close enough to walk to restaurants and also the walking trails. Also everyone that works here is professional and helpful

I waited 10 minutes before talking to someone (the offices were empty and when an employee returned to her office, I had to go knock on her door. No warm introduction either!) The person was rude and all she did was to give me a sheet with prices, hoping to call it a day. She wouldn't let me visit because I don't need a place just yet. She also showed no interest in answering my questions as I am currently looking at my options. Needless to say, I won't be returning in a few months and have no interest in doing business with them. We sold our house of 21 years and didn't really know what we wanted to do next. We found Rivery Park Apartments and are very thankful to the excellent staff there. It is very peaceful and quiet here. The grounds and apartments are well maintained. Everyone is friendly. We couldn't have found a better apartment or location while we enjoy what life is bringing each day. Shout out to Gabby Nicole and all the staff for making us feel at home.

I have lived in these apartments for three years. And I love it!!! The office, and maintenance staff are all super friendly and helpful. My apartment is just gorgeous! It may look like nice upscale apartment complex from the outside, but the amenities and the inside of the apartments are like luxury resort living! Cannot say enough nice things about the Rivery Park Apartments!

I moved in here a few months ago. The buildings are only a few years old, so everything is pretty much "like new." The staff is very friendly. They sometimes have a movie viewing, or give away coffee & donuts. I have encountered no real problems. The rent is decent and it's conveniently located right off I-35. I wish the views were better, but oh well.
