Nature's Acres has been owned and operated by Sharon for ten years. Experienced in training dogs for obedience and competitive sport work, she has a wealth of canine experience. Maggie is originally from North Carolina and has lived in Sandy Oregon since 2012. She has been an active veterinarian technician for over twenty years and loves working with all variety of animals.
On her spare time she loves to go fishing, hiking and spend time with her family. She owns one dog, a Boston Terrier named Oliver but has had many rescues over the years including horses, cats, rodents and reptiles. She wants to bring her medical knowledge to our kennels and has already hired on other vet techs to our staff so that our fur babies get the best quality care during their stay here at Natures Acres.

We have 3 acres of wooded paths and grassy play space for your pup. Playtime at no extra charge. Complete off-leash facility. Nature's Acres Kennels is known throughout the Portland area for being a five star resort for dogs. No matter which boarding option you choose, your dog will get plenty of outdoor time for play.
Daycare

Day care hours are between 8am and 6pm (Mo-Fr) and 9am-4pm (Sa-Su) but special arrangements can be made, as needed. You also have the option to board your dog for only half the day, where you choose what 5-hour timeframe works best for you (during normal hours of operation). It's a great place for dogs that need extra space to run and roam off-leash.
Rates

We charge a flat rate by the day so you can bring your dog to us anytime after we open on the day you begin your reservation. You will not be charged for an additional day if you pick up your dog before 12:00 noon. For your convenience, we do not require that you provide your own food when your pet comes to stay with us.
