Hours: Sunday-Saturday 9-12 3-6, our services are scheduled by a drop off or pick up time. Clients are welcome to come any time during business hours. We prefer a heads up to make sure our gate is open and we are waiting for our customers. We keep the gate closed for security, which is most important during the off season.
We require proof of these shots before your dog can be allowed to enter the facility. NO EXCEPTIONS. Some vets are no longer giving corona, that's ok. Also some don't want to give vaccines to very old, or ill dogs, just let us know and we'll give your vet a call. We are happy to call the vet and get your shot expiration dates, this way you don't have to worry about bringing us a receipt.

Established in 1995, Power Line Kennels was originally a greyhound racing kennel from 1976. Large or small we care for them all. We are not breed prejudice. We have the knowledge and experience to handle any type of dog behavior. Our smaller facility ensures that our boarding guests get the care and attention that they deserve.

Why do you require a drop off and pick up time during business hours? Being a family operated, 10 acre dog farm requires alot of work. There can be times we are mowing, doing laundry, or making a meal. We don't like for our clients to be waiting or looking for us around the farm. If we have an idea when your coming we can be waiting for you.

I cannot express my extreme satisfaction and happiness when my three dogs must be kenneled at Power Line Kennels. We are travelers, and sometimes we have to leave our dogs with Power Line Kennels for a couple of weeks at a time. Often, leaving my dogs at a kennel can be filled with anxiety and concern for the welfare of my dogs, especially since one of our dogs has a very degenerative hip disorder and needs constant care.
