A long time ago (2008 to be exact), our Founder and CEO, Tom Rector set out to sell some t-shirts with his father in law. After learning the old-school tools of the trade he decided to make Thanksgiving just a little more interesting by taking on the t-shirt slinging business solo. He started by breaking away from the cliche of a startup garage-based tech business, and founded the company while sitting with his laptop on his living room couch.
