I find lots of details in Shilpa's class that one can't get anywhere else like YouTube. Her instructions are safe and alignment based and has helped me get rid of my hip and knee pain. Her online classes also help me to keep up with my schedule to continue yoga weekly. Shilpa is a warm-hearted, genuine, and knowledgeable yoga teacher.

Her class always has a wonderful, positive energy. Shilpa's online yoga classes are fun, time saving and distraction free. She provides variations to the poses that I find very interesting. I like the time management as no time is wasted in between the poses so it is a good session in a short amount of time.

The focus is also on building balance, improving focus, movement and coordination. The series offers basic yoga poses and lets you experience the poses, the alignment and overall the feeling of openness as you begin the yoga journey.
