You won't regret it! Just finished the 6-week challenge and it was great! If you want to get back into working out but aren't ready for full-on CrossFit, take their burn classes-a sort of CrossFit-light (basically CrossFit without the barbells). CrossFit Lorton is a 10,000 facility at 7406-D Lockport Place in Lorton Va. Founded in 2008 CrossFit Lorton is one of the first 400 CrossFit affiliates in the world (there are currently over 12,000) and one of the first 4 affiliates in Northern Virginia. What this means to you is experience, no one in the area has taught more classes or worked with more athletes than CrossFit Lorton.

We combine Powerlifting, Olympic Weightlifting, Gymnastics, Running, Cardio all in one amazing workout that can be modified for any fitness level. Barbell Club focuses strictly on building strength and technical capabilities in the Clean and Jerk and Snatch.
