Services
Crawl Space Cleaning
Our comprehensive crawlspace cleaning removes hazardous debris, sanitizes contaminated areas, and eliminates pest infestations. We address moisture intrusion issues that cause mold growth and structural damage while improving indoor air quality. The process includes complete decontamination, odor elimination, and damaged insulation replacement to restore energy efficiency and prevent future problems.
Rodent Control
We implement humane rodent removal using non-chemical trapping methods combined with exclusion techniques. Our approach includes identifying entry points, sealing vulnerabilities, and implementing preventive measures against future infestations. The service covers complete sanitation of contaminated areas and replacement of damaged insulation materials in attics and crawlspaces.
Attic Insulation
We provide complete insulation removal and replacement services using modern energy-efficient materials. Our experts install fiberglass, blown-in, and batt insulation systems that meet local building codes while improving temperature regulation and reducing energy consumption. The service includes moisture barrier installation to prevent mold growth and maintain optimal thermal performance.
Vapor Barrier Installation
Our 20-mil reinforced vapor barriers create permanent moisture protection in crawlspaces and basements. The installation process includes sealing all seams and penetrations to prevent ground moisture migration, which helps maintain indoor air quality and prevents structural damage from water vapor accumulation.
Whole House Fan Installation
We install energy-efficient whole house fans that reduce cooling costs by improving air circulation. These systems work with existing HVAC equipment to maintain comfortable indoor temperatures while lowering energy consumption through enhanced attic ventilation and natural cooling processes.

Report
I called Crawlspace Clean after seeing their positive reviews on the web. After the recent heavy rains, I had them come out for an inspection of my crawlspace. The owner and the inspector both were extremely professional start to finish. After the complimentary inspection, they said they found our crawlspace was not in need of the crawlspace moisture barrier I was considering. It's refreshing to find such an honest contractor and I would highly recommend them to anyone who may need their services.
